Monnette competed in two other FT races before winning another gold bracelet. In Event 9: $1,500 Seven Card Stud, he finished fourth for $32,828. Just four days later, the veteran was one of Rafael Reis’ opponents in a six-hand tiebreaker in Event 15: $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em. Fifth place was eliminated. Monnette’s balance increased by $111,755.
